I know those headaches all too well. It seems like they never quite fade, they just hang in there until one day they suddenly explode into raging pain for a few hours and then finally dissipate. What is that about? I dislike it very much.
Might dehydration be part of the problem? Along with Excedrin (with the blessed caffeine/tylenol/aspirin combo - I love that stuff), maybe try sipping a little more water than usual. Vitamins might help too, I dunno. (I never do these things, but I hear they work sometimes, heh.)
heehee... I love how you give advice with the caveat of "weeeellllll.... I haven't done it, but I hear it works :) )"
I did consider the dehydration thing, but that honestly didn't seem to help. I also considered the "not getting enough sleep" thing, which I know can affect me, and that didn't do it either.
But the excedrin.... that kicked it out. Or maybe it was the coffee. But either way, the headache dissipated early this morning and stayed gone, whoopee! Now I should just have one in the morning from drinking too much :P
