miz_annelieseStill sans power, at least as of 6 1:30 pm yesterday today. We've stayed with friends for the past 3 nights, which has been wonderful of them, but I'm really hoping we don't need to tonight as well. I'm ready to sleep in my own bed and have my PC and my TV and my laundry machine. And my cats! And my books! And the shower that isn't suddenly shared amongst 4 people! And my cellphone charger that I left at home!
Oy. Again, we've still got it pretty lucky - a place to go (and we were even warmly welcomed back for tonight if we needed it), didn't lose too much money on food, my car only a little dented from a neighbor's tree branch (need to call my insurance soon)... but... hoooooooooome now plz!
